August 2025
Open to B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. students, this trial marks the first step in selecting the core athletics team of IIT Hyderabad.
Milan – General Championship
First or Second Week of September 2025
The General Championship of IIT-Hyderabad. Represent your hostel, compete in various athletic events, and earn points for your team.
Inter IIT Trials – Phase 2
Third or Fourth Week of September 2025
The second and final phase of selections for forming the official IIT-H Athletics team for Inter IIT 2025-26.
58th Inter IIT Sports Meet
December 2025
The flagship athletic event of the year. IIT Hyderabad takes immense pride in hosting this historic competition among all IITs.
Diesta – Inter-Departmental Championship
January 2026
Team up with your department mates and battle it out in this thrilling sports fest. A perfect mix of competition and camaraderie.
Institute Athletics League (IAL)
February – March 2026
An exciting league-style tournament featuring a virtual auction system where teams draft top IIT-H athletes and compete for the championship. Strategy, team spirit, and performance all come together in this thrilling event!
